Registration Photography & Video Release Consent Form
I hereby grant the Kiwanis Club of Lakeland (Kiwanis International), its employees, agents, or designees the absolute right and permission to photograph, record, and use photographic images, video footage, or portraits of me for promotional and educational purposes. These uses may include, but are not limited to: brochures, newsletters, social media, websites, press releases, and other marketing or media materials related to the mission of Kiwanis. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images or recordings. I release and hold harmless the Kiwanis Club of Lakeland / Kiwanis International, its representatives, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of these materials from liability for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of my likeness.
